Really nice!  Your horses are:

#1: Shaman (Blood Bay) Model #750145.

#2: Family Arabian Stallion, although it's hard to tell which one. Judging by the coat and the "rubs" in the finish, I would guess Sheikh, matte bay, model #13.

#3: Yuma (Dun Foal) Model #750145.

Shaman and Yuma were sold together in a store special exclusively through WalMart.  They are "Classic," the smaller product line, which may be why you had trouble identifying them.

Family Arabian Stallion is a "Traditional" model, the largest Breyer models and probably the most popular with collectors.  Family Arabian Stallion is one of the first Breyer models ever made, and there are a lot of different ones - for specifics you may need to take it to a Breyer specialist in person.

I think the one you have on the top there is a breyer mustang(i think but i a not sure)  and the foal you have there on the bottom is called, sea star, orphan of chincotigue. it is a horse made after a book marguarate henry wrote. I don't know what the third one is, the only thing I could say about that one is that he looks vintage.
