It's my first year at BF too! I'm so excited! It is in Lexington Kentucky at the Kentucky Horse Park! The dates are July 20-22, the theme is British Invasion and the celebration model is Mariah's Boon! Now to answer your questions!: Tickets go on sale in the beginning of January. You can every once in a while type in on google: Breyerfest 2012 ticket form, and see if it pops up! You can buy the tickets online or you can print out the form and send it in. Tickets usually cost- For Adults: $85 for Children: $55. If you send in the form or buy the tickets before April 1st you get the Early birds special which takes the Adult price down to about $77. DON'T stay at the Clarion unless you are selling stuff. It is expensive and huge and people will stay up shopping for breyers until 2 am! Its crazy! I think I might stay at the Ramada that's what I recomend... I'm arriving at the hotel on Wednesday July 18- so that we aren't rushing to get there- I'm leaving on the 23... I suggest getting to the hotel on either Wednesday the 18 or Thursday the 19. Right now I have $300! I suggest in your VERRY MINIMUM amount bring $300. My goal is $600 and that's what I suggest to you.... but really it all depends on how many Breyers you want to get. Here is my estimation strategy: Lets say your bringing $300, we will say as a good estimate for breyer pricings that each breyer is $40 (you have to remember though that some will cost less and others will cost more) so you take: 300/40 and you get 7.5 (300 divided by 40 = 7.5) So you could get about 7 breyers which is pretty good! I'm not really sure what time the park opens but I'd say get there at about 7 am... I hope that helped!!! If you have any other questions just ask me! I will be happy to help! Another thing you need to know! There is a deadly place at BF! It is called the Ninja Pit of Death or NPOD for short.... It is basically just the Friday breyer store. BEWARE!!! If you go to the NPOD, you need to know that some collectors are so desperate for that 1 breyer that they are willing to literally rip the model out of your hands!!! You need to have a death grip on those boxes! You can get injured.... It's a good thing they have secuirity guards there!!!!
They steal your breyers?!?
I was thinking about getting my fun day horses at the bf but what if they steal my breyers? And its my frist time at the breyerfest

Yes... unfortunatly in some cases they do. But I have come up with a solution to that problem! When you pick up a breyer box put the clear side down; and when you have 2 put the one on the bottom clear side up with the other box clear side down on top of it! And all you have to do is continue the pattern! You should also be prepared to defend your breyers just in case.
